This movie is being released in widescreen by Shout Factory in widescreen on Blu and DVD. It is due to be released fall 2015. Pre-release copies are already being sold on Amazon.

Looked fantastic, and I'm so happy to have it in my collection.

I must thank you, good sir. Found a (new) copy on Ebay. Wasn't too thrilled about $11 after dropping $2.50 on the pan-and-scan sham, but this is a movie that demands to be seen in full widescreen glory.

I found a flipper disc version at a thrift store yesterday that has full-screen & widescreen. I thought that it was never released either in widescreen & shelled out mega bucks for a French region 2 copy a few years back. The UPC # is 0 43396 03994 0 it might be worth emailing a few used sellers & seeing if it's the same before buying. Happy hunting!
