When did Pin first show up? When did the father/dr become a ventriloquist because that's what all voices coming from Pin are. The Dr clearly cares a bit too much about Pin to begin with and keeps him closely guarded. The origin would be interesting to know. And let's not forget about that beep wife of his.

Not sure we need too much explained, if I'm honest.
Sometimes in horror less is more. If you know why everything happens, it becomes less scary. The unknown is often more scary than the understandable.
