Ursula does NOT attack Leon at the endthe camera is cut at just the right moment so that you don't know "who" she attacks. By the very end you realize that she destroyed Pin with the ax. That is why Leon "becomes" Pin.

So why does Ursula hear Pin at the end?
Oh man seriously people will you pay attention to the freaking movie? When Ursula attacked Leon he was either injured or suffered a psychotic break either way he lost his identity and became Pin. Leon is gone there is no Leon there is only Pin longing for Leon.
Duncan MacLeod: You're an ahole.
Methos: I never said I was deep.

Didn't you notice that it wasn't Pin? It's Leon forever acting like Pin now that Pin was gone.
Insomnia is fun, isn't it?

Pin is only a real person in Leon's mind. To everyone else, he's just a dummy.
