There's a film called Metroland that is extremely similar to this movie. Metroland came out in 1997 and stars Christian Bale and Emily Watson as young couple Chris and Marion. They have a baby girl and are living in the UK suburbs in the 70's I believe.
Chris has a friend named Tony and the two of them used to have wild adventures in their youth. Tony is still romping and comes for a visit much to the chagrin of Marion. Chris has hallucinations and flashbacks similar to Kevin Bacon's character in this movie. I will say flashback sequences take up a larger part of Metroland than they do in She's Having A Baby.
Both movies also have very similar themes of the main characters feeling dissatisfied with the way their lives turned out until a reckoning point comes. I won't spoil Metroland by telling you what it is, but its different and not quite so dramatic as She's Having A Baby.
She's Having A Baby is currently available on Netflix to stream. Sadly Metroland is not anymore. However, anyone who really liked this movie should check out Metroland.
Don't be ridiculous! Jack would never die without telling me!
