i'm watching this right now and it's driving me crazy. who plays cindy's friend in college? i swear i've seen her before. she reminds of Lisa from Saved By the Bell, but shes not listed. anyone know?

That person was played by Tonya Lee Williams. She became recognized with her work on "The Young & The Restless". Could say she went to have the more recognizable acting career than the person who filled in as Cindy, despite having such a small part in "Very Brady Christmas".
Edit: Tonya is listed in the cast.she's the one listed as "Belinda". But I'm not sure if they reference her during movie with that name. Like you, I just thought she was Cindy's roommate with the unknown name.
