I read on the internet somewhere that the whole argument Arsenio had with the gay pride guys when Paul Hogan was a guest was planned. Can anyone verify whether that is true or not? I thought Arsenio really got pumped and it'd be a shame if the whole situation was fake.

It could of been planned. I suspect that Arsenio and his staff and everyone connected to the show knew that they were coming (they were probably tipped off)
and just let it happen. You could be right. It may have been planned to help his ratings.
