I was a young child when this show aired. I would have never known about it if ppl, now a decade later, weren't still referring to it. To be more specific, it is the episode where (Governer?) Clinton is a guest. During the interview he makes a statement where he says that he did not inhale (from a bong?).
What was the dialog? (there is no "memorable quotes" section for this show) Do you know what drugs(s) they were talking about specifically? And, do you know what year this was taped?
I am quite curious.. so any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I remember that episode distinctly. The drugs were spoken about as if they were a cigarette of pot (sorry if that's not the correct terminology). Clinton said he gave smoking the joint the old college try but just couldn't do it. Arsenio asked how would he address the question knowing then what he knew now, and Clinton said he would simply say that he had inhaled.
I thought that was interesting.
