This happened as she approached Mr. Belding for her diploma. Since that wasn't the last episode to be filmed, as the cast (minus Tiffani and Elizabeth) were contracted for more episodes (Tori), I assumed that Lark Voorhies was just in character.
Also, if you watch the graduation episode of "The New Class" which was the last to be filmed, Liz Miller cried as she approached Belding. But Ashley Lyn Cafagna (Liz) was only a cast member for two years.
To avoid confusion, yes, I know that Kelly was crying, but that was more obvious, and she was definitely in character, because she kept getting emotional and saying "I'm gonna miss…" throughout the episode. Therefore, that cry at the end was part of the gag. However, Lisa and Liz's voices were simply trembling while thanking Belding, as opposed to them completely bawling like Kelly.
