Oh yes definitely…but a few techniques.
First the narrator is definitely ai. The more still images are also certainly text to image ai. as far as the moving pictures… maybe text to video…but more probable is ai that will animate certain aspects of a still photo. There are also deep fakes and what I would imagine to be actual sourced vintage footage that has been modified with ai.

This is probably the best one he's done. I'm captivated by his method and constantly trying to figure out how he does it. I have a guess at how he does a lot of it…but other aspects have me clueless.
