As much as the quality of the show has dipped it just wouldn't be the same not seeing The Simpsons on Channel 4 oe Sky One.

no shows last forever the simpsons will end one day rugrats eventually ended totally spies the simpsons will be next.
Though Rugrats was OK, it pales in comparison to The Thompsons

Of course. Every show is going to end.
The network nightly news shows, like NBC Nightly News, ABC World News & CBS Evening News here in the U.S. might go on and on for decades more but even those are bound to end eventually.
