That is a Pretty Difficult Question to answer (for me at least).
Both are Really Great Movies.
Honestly, I think that the BIGGEST Movie between the 2 of them was "
BATMAN
" although I actually do like "
INDIANA JONES AND THE LAST CRUSADE
" more.

Last Crusade, even though I also really like Batman.

It used to be Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (my favourite in the series). Now, I marginally prefer Batman (I was also way too young to see Batman on its initial release).
But objectively, I think IJ&TLC is a better film. Batman '89 just appeals to my personal sensibilities.

Batman grossed more I believe but last crusade was critically acclaimed . Plus has a higher imdb rating .

Of course it was Indiana jones . They were the second biggest trilogy behind Star Wars at the time . I saw last crusade and batman at movies when I was about 11. Batman was huge but Indiana was unmatched .

Batman for me. I saw that at the cinema. I didn't bother with The Last Crusade (although I quite liked it when I finally caught it on TV years later). I've always been a Batfan first and foremost.
