Good Lord Elsa is hot. I think she's the sexiest when she's walking around the catacombs in high heels.

Yes, and she has all that fancy ice magic
"He's dusted, busted and disgusted, but he's ok"

Really?
She certainly wasn't fat, and probably not even curvy, but I don't think she was skinny. She had a healthy-shaped, full face, particularly in the early scenes where she wears her hair long. She was slim and elegant. Not super-skinny.

Er I thought she was a bit emaciated.

Elsa is also hot when the Nazi has the gun to her head pretending he is about to kill her. When Elsa apologizes to Indy, takes the diary, rejoins the Nazi and gives Indy the look of "You shouldn't have trusted me" she looks like a goddess.

Indeed. She's like the idolised 'Aryan' woman (and no, I'm not being 'racist'. I like all sorts).
I also have a thing for the bad girl, and her avarice and ruthlessness made her extra-sexy to me, but she was still incredibly sexy before she'd revealed her evil nature.
I also love the luscious period costumes Alison Doody gets to wear throughout the film, and the different styles she assumes (long hair whilst she's still an apparent goodie, and shorter, tied-back hair after she's been revealed as a villain).
