Rick Moranis singing to his character's wife in the classroom is a touching moment, and it made me wonder if there are any other similarly memorable examples of one person singing to another in any other films.
Anybody ???

Two really sweet "love song" scenes: Dan in Real Life when Dan sings that extra verse of "Let My Love Open the Door" to Marie and The Family Man when Jack sings to Kate on her birthday

I can think of some (I will let you know if I remember any more ). There was Heath Ledger singing "Can't Take My Eyes Off You " to Julia Stiles in 10 Things I Hate About You, Adam Sandler singing "Grow Old With You" to Drew Barrymore in The Wedding Singer, and Cameron Diaz singing "I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself" to Dermot Mulroney in My Best Friend's Wedding. Also, it wasn't singing, but there was a similar scene in Pretty In Pink where Duckie dances to "Try A Little Tenderness" in front of Andie and he is miming the words.
