Didn't think about Chunk, but now I kinda see it.
They should've had more scenes of the ladies at their business being empowered.
Roseanne ended up using a woman herself - she purposefully set up the secretary with her ex and then coached her to disaster. She hurt the woman for her personal gain, just to get back at her ex.

I liked it. I'm glad they don't try to make her look like some skinny model. Roseanne has such a beautiful face and she was so cute and funny in this movie. I esp. loved Roseanne/Ruth's smile at the very, very end in the closing scene when she's walking down the street and realizes how far she's come. At first, she looks thoughtful, then her animated face just lights up as you can tell she's thinking about how things have turned out, then her face just breaks into one of her famous smiles. Roseanne has such a beautiful smilebowlike lips and such straight white teeth adds to that priceless smile.
Roseanne + Jackie forever
