What could possibly go wrong taking a substance that makes you see things?
The medicinal benefits are known - and certainly shouldn't be ignored - but even when using it for these purposes, you have to be monitored. Literally, you sit in a room and people monitor you:

This needs to happen on a national level. If something is natural and causes no significant harm to the user or people around them then it should be legal.
