The other day I was watching the movie Cool Hand Luke and I saw quite a few similarities between Stanley Spadowski and George Kennedy's character in that movie. I just wonder if maybe Michael Richards based the character a bit off Kennedy's.

I've never seen Cool Hand Luke and I haven't heard Michael Richards comment on the character of Stanley but its possible.
