Here’s its almost gone. There are no places with cash only except for maybe like a yard sale somewhere, but even then people would just use Swish. Which is our Venmo, mobile payment.

That's what I thought of, but why is geewizzz bringing up bitcoin as if that will be the only option.

Fir it to go completely cashless they would have to guarantee that there are never technical issues with card machines or whatever they're using to accept payment. I can't see entire shops closing down for hours because a software program goes buggy.

You can't get a new card immediately from the bank? I've never had to wait and got a replacement instantly.

I recently requested a replacement for my debit card and since I have a new address, it's been delayed because they messed it up
So I've had to use cash the past couple of weeks
No big deal other than I still have to keep going to the bank to get cash withdrawals

I go 99% cashless too. Very rare when I have notes anymore. I am reading more and more about businesses going cashless. While it isn't a problem for me, many will find the transition troublesome.
