Could someone plesae give the time line of all the various 'parts' of this Mirren show?
I'm baffled by seeing a bunch of Prinme Suspect 4's with various names - yet only one for Prime Suspect 3 - I see various part 1's and part 2's etc.
IMDB doesn't seem to make any attempts at explanations - just puts them all separately with little or no reference to anything else.

The only thing that turns off the anti-piracy crap is to pitch the player out the window!
Stupidest damn nonsense - tick off the people that have bought your damn DVD.
Yes - trailers and other garbage usually responds to skipping moves - but often not annoying opening screen fanfares.

You can usually skip the adverts and anti-piracy bits just by pressing the skip key on your remote. This is the same key you use to skip to a new chapter.
Sometimes pressing the menu key works, but usually not. I just use the skip key until I get to the program. This also helps with some new discs that include six or seven trailers for other pictures.
We report, you decide; but we decide what to report.

Well my solution was to buy the entire set.
It wasn't terribly explanatory in the various graphics, etc. either.
You just had to watch it and figure it out.
+++++++
Incidentally, ITV insisted on showing the bloody piracy bit at the beginning of everything - throughout the whole series. And if you made a menu error you got to see it AGAIN.
What's wrong with those people? Someone has already bought the legit DVD and THEY are the ones that have to watch the damn warnings - which also BLAST the volume at many db over the regular sound.

Yeah, IMDB, what's up with that? Very frustrating that IMDB hasn't provided episode breakdowns like every other episodic series I've ever looked up.

Prime Suspect 4 consists of three separate episodes, hence three different titles.
The only confusion with the other titles is whether the short or the long title was used in the broadcast.
Prime Suspect 1 got an additional title (A Price to Pay) when it was released on video; originally it was called simply Prime Suspect.
I believe that #2 and 3 were broadcast with the short titles, and starting with the #4 long titles were used.
