<p dir="auto">Why would Jennifer still be sleeping  on the porch at the end? Didn't they leave her on the porch of an alternate 1985? I dunno if I'm missing something here. Also why would she have a memory of going to 2015?  The Jennifer from alternate 1985 will have that memory. Not her. Can someone help clarify this for me.</p>

<p dir="auto">The idea is that when Marty burnt the Almanac in 1955, it erased the alternate 1985, which transformed around Jennifer to become the normal 1985.<br />
Jennifer of course remembered traveling to 2015. Its the same Jennifer throughout the trilogy (or at any rate throughout BTTF2 and 3 i.e. Jennifer of the Lone Pine timeline).<br />
