What I wonder is why does Jack Axel act so pissed about Storm throughout the whole movie, after hitting Storm, his wife, and partner at the beginning, he like, "That beep Storm!". Then at the hospital he's pissed again, and at Andy's friend's house, he goes "Gonna slit your throat Storm, you gonna bleed like a pig!". Then just before he's killed and trying to stab him, he's like, "Die you bastard!"
Did Axel have something personal against Storm, or was he just a tempremental whacko, period?

well first off all he's probadly pissed he didn't succed in killing storm. also at andy's house storm got the advantage beat him up and left a wound on his forehead which I could see making him even more pissed
and he was a dirty and sadistic cop to begin with at the beginning you see a spider on his tie which could be a clue to his personality
and seeing how coldly his reaction to shooting storm's wife "sweet dreams" and determined to kill a kid
he's also supposed to kill storm but he fails 4 times
it's possible it could have been both with him. Having something with Storm, and being a wacko
