I think you might be thinking about the wrong movie. At the end of the 3rd movie in this set (Look Who's Talking Now), there is a song that the two children (Mikey and Julie) sing in a doll house with other children. The song is by a French child artist called Jordy but I'm not sure what the song is actually called. And it might also be helpful to note that this song does not appear on the DVD.

Hmm I'm not sure which song you mean. As the two kids walk away from the party, there is played "I got you, babe". (Unfortunately that's also the part where most TV broadcasters fade into advertisements, so you can't see the cute real end of the movie). Is there a song after that? Or do you probably mean some other movie from the series?
Greets,
