When it comes to the Navy SEALS vs the Army Delta Force, somebody said that those in Delta Force are smarter but that SEALS are tougher. I would think, though, that as to which one is smarter and which one is tougher, it would depend on the person.

It comes down to purpose of missiondelta tends to be top tier of special forces which are trained more academically, whereas seals are trained more focused on tactical and physical rigor.
