okay so there is the song at the end of part 1. But i like the song at the end of part 2 better. I don't know the correct lyrics. But both songs start out with
Turn around
Look at what you see
In her face
The mirror of your dreams
Make believe I'm everywhere
Hidden in the lines
Written on the pages
Is the answer to our never ending story
ah ah ah
But then part one continues like
Reach the stars
Fly a fantasy
Dream a dream
And what you see will be
Rhymes that keep their secrets
Will unfold behind the clouds
And there upon a rainbow
Is the answer to our never ending story
ah ah ah
BUT!!! Part 2 which is the one that I like continues more slowly and sings stuff like
(don't fully remember the lyrics but anyways)
*"Living inside this dream, theres a neverending story inside our hearts now, hope for a better world"
"Dreeeams we dream together, we can find a way"
"..everythings as near or far as you wish for it to be, lost in an age of time start the courage once again"
BUT I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE. When I search neverending story songs it just comes up with the one from part 1 by Limahl.
Where can I find this part 2 song??????

If this is the real Joe Milner, I still love your songs from this movie. I first saw it when I was five years old and the music always stuck with me. I admit I still watch this on occasion, and I can say that 20 years later, it still gives me chills when I hear the music over the end credits. Thank you for doing the soundtrack to this movie and making it awesome!
I sometimes don't read the bottom of posts because I think it's a signature.

I, too, agree that The Neverending Story theme is better on part 2. I just wish they had played the whole thing. IMO, the song was more of a pop song on the first one, but, on the second, it had more of a rock tone added in as well. Also, the instruments and stuff were more clear and I liked the guys voice better from the one on part 2.
I mean it is bad. Ya know. Like bad as in bad. Like, I'm bad, Jamal, you know it. -Elvira, M.O.T.D.

Actually, those are two different songs that played at the end of the second film. The first song called "Neverending Story" is just a remake of the title theme from the U.S. version of the original film with Joe Milner doing vocals. And like the user above me said, the second song is "Dreams We Dream" song by Joe Milner as well. The "Neverending Story" song was probably added to the second film's credits to satisfy fans.
