I want to visit wherever this was filmed once I'm out of college, so does anybody have an idea?
Also, I think Critters 4 made a goof. In the beginning when we see Charlie in the basement, the subtitle says "Somewhere in Kansas", yet in the beginning of this movie you can hear on the radio that it's Los Angeles IIRC.

Apparently this takes place in Topeka, Kansas, even though it looks more like Los Angeles. The radio station playing in the beginning clarifies this.

I checked that out immediately after seeing that and there is no Grover's Bend. There's only a Grover's Mill (forgot where, but it's not in Kansas), which is where the creator got the name if I'm not mistaken.

I don't know about this film, but I seem to recall Critters 2 having an end credit for the citizens of Grover's Bend. So apparently that's a real place of sorts. Now THAT I'd love to visit. And if I were a citizen there, I'd lobby for a Critters 5 to be shot there!
