I have fun with this movie, it's good for some one liners and some fights. Action scenes as well. I've watched far worse movies as a paying customer at the theater. This one has always been a freebie, the only cost was my time, and once again, I've seen worse.
I think it deserves better than a 5.2

I would agree with that. Classic early 90's action mixed in with the charms of the two lead actors.
