Is it a coincidence that both heroes got green eyes?
NO!
At least with Harley Davidson you can see in many scenes that he is wearing colored contact lenses to mask his dark brown eyes. This is very obvious with the scenes near the end at the airplane dump, when the last blue eyed (nice eyes though!) bad guy got the Marlboro man pinned down and Harley must shoot him look closely at the close-up scenes of his face.
With the Marlboro Man I'm not too sure but I guess he got lenses too because sometimes it looks like he's wearing colored lenses.
