He probably wanted to die before his symptoms got worse
My mother died from dementia. In the end you lose your ability to walk. Then in the last stages you can no longer eat or drink

People have to understand he spent his life making big box office movies and for awhile there (1987-1995) he was always the one of the biggest movie stars on the planet.
Robin, God Bless him always wanted this…he had a nice comback at the Oscars in 1998.
But it all ended there afterwards…
