My favorite is the "Just telling it like it is" conversation.

My favorite lines, because they're funny, come during the scene where Danny is "making" dinner. When he pulls the burning bread out of the oven, in frustration he says, "Son of a BITCH" while Theresa is standing behind him laughing. Then he later says, "I just destroyed dinner."

Excellent one yes. Also the "you can see the crack of her bum" er crack at the start.

One of my favorites is at the end when Nick says, "We finally get to sleep together," when on the plane. Rose's reaction is golden.

Danny(In front of a funeral crowd around a casket) - "YEAH!" I'm sorry, see I just got lucky in there, with a girlnot in that wayshe does everybody in there, she probably did that guy there for example(pointing to casket)I gotta go."
And any of the scenes between Candy, Belushi, and the crazy guys they carry in the wagon.
Also, there are several moments I love that involve Candy's physical talents. Specifically, when Ally Sheedy stays the night at his house and Maureen O'Hara comes home unsuspected. The way Candy gets Sheedy out of the house is fantastic. Great use of his girth, and really funny mostly from the way Candy delivers his lines.
Danny down the hall standing awkwardly: 'Hello'
Rose: 'I'll be down in a minute and make you some breakfast.'
Danny: 'Ohhh that'll be nice.' tips toes toward the stairs and chuckles 'Yeahh, a little breakfast.'
