The phrase is "Cor Blimey" and it is a contraction of the oath "God Blind Me" much used by the british.

People saying the British version is filtered that's because it's a pg film and normally shown before the 9pm watershed. You can't have swearing during the day.
When they show it after 9pm, as they just did today, the swearing is on there.

More at the idea that he really thought they wouldn't make it, but he catapulted them up there anyway.
The rating was PG 13 here in the States, so that does allow for one utterance of the word f#ck (Possibly 2?) As long as the film would get the PG13 anyway - which I guess it did for violence content - I'd think they would take advantage of basically a "free" f#ck - One that could be put in the script with no consequence of bumping the rating.

I also agree with the previous poster that Christian Slater does look incredibly sexy in this film, there is something about that time perioud that attracts me a time when men were real men, dirty and gruff not like the pretty boys we see today but maybe thats just me and that getting onto another subject altogether LOL..

My subtitles are the stupid British ones and all it comes up with is. 'He Cleared It'. No 'Blimey', No 'F *ck'.
Plus, they've shortened the movie here by like 10 mintues. Cut out a few extra bits. Can't wait to buy this again when I go home!

I can see how you could think that, especially as the character is played by Christian Slater, but I'm pretty sure there's no language in Robin Hood. If you listed closely, you can make out the word 'Blimey'.
Nope. He said "**** me, he cleared it". At least in the theatrical edition. Perhaps you have some weird updated version after minds and standards changed. Rick Moranis dropped the F-Bomb in Spaceballs, and that was rated PG-13. Times have changed I suppose.
Anyway, it wasn't 'blimey' or any variation.

In the original release, he did indeed use the profane beep me, he cleared it!" But it was not written as such. He ad-libbed that line (see trivia). In the DVD release (which I have not yet seen), it would not surprise me if they'd edited that out and put in Blimey, or whatever in its place.

when i saw this film when i was 12 i maintained for years he said beep me he cleared it, but on the dvd it clearly says blimey me he cleared it. what ever the line really it's still a classic
