I wish I were a crack shot. Those are scary good. My grandfather [mothers side] was a crack shot. Before my time but I am told he could pick sparrows out of mid-air with a .22 rifle. He was a sergeant in the Army and fought in both Africa and Italy during WWII. We lost him in 2011.

They did, however I elected to take the safety and instruction classes in addition to the knowledge imparted on me, many years later when I was in my mid-twenties. I enjoyed them quite a bit, taking group classes and private lessons. I didn't only take them because I felt they were the responsible thing to do, but also because I sincerely wanted that extra education under my belt.

Education does wonders. I learned young because my family's involved, but I also took a number of safety & training classes.
