Why is the rating still fairly low? The Assembly Cut made a pretty big improvement from the theatrical version and its DEFINETALLY not a 6.4. The Assembly Cut alone is at least a 7.0.

Absolutely! The Assembly Cut is by far the superior cut of this film. While it's still not perfect, it does make it a more coherent and flowing story now. I never understood the hate for the original cut of this film, but this has a totally new and different feel and am thankful we as the audience have it available to view !
