<p dir="auto">It's been a while since the last time I saw the movie, but I'm pretty sure her father (if that's why you think she was too young) had nothing to do with the Battle of Flanders. She sees dead WWI soldiers when she enters Spencer/Pinhead's dimension in her dream (Elliot Spencer was a British captain in WWI). When she does have a nightmare about her father's death, there's a chopper in it on some sort of a rescue mission (there were no helicopters during WWI), so my guess is that her father was a Vietnam vet.</p>
