<p dir="auto">I completely agree. I don't know what happened to him; whether he forgot how to pick a decent script, or he just doesn't care much anymore. Maybe it's just that his focus isn't on acting anymore, so he doesn't try very hard.</p>

<p dir="auto">I think this and Bowfinger are among his best, and personally, I liked LA Story. I didn't love it, but I liked it. Instead of 'The Out of Towners' though, I would have preferred a sequel to this. How awesome would that have been?<br />
I definitely think this and Bowfinger are extremely underrated. Bowfinger he wrote and directed, I think. So it's probably my favourite of his.</p>
