I actually could picture a number of other actresses playing Kit. She looked nothing like Geena Davis. Although, I know sisters don't always look alike.

No, never thought she was even good looking and that annoying voice. On top of that an average actor too, nothing special at all.
That's the one thing I never got with Point Break which is probably her most famous part. Why the beep would two good looking guys like Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves go for her in that movie. Very bad casting!

I always thought Lori Petty had a cute, girl next door look that was blown up when I saw Tank Girl. That whole movie was crazy but she a little over the top in it but I suppose that is how it was written. And she took that character to a great level. She went from girl next door to sexy mini bomb shell.

Maybe she looks homely now to you because she got older. Look at how old this movie is. Most everyone looks good in their youth. Some lose that vitality with age. I used to look alright in my youth too, but now I'm a middle aged woman who's homely looking. That's life.
