Struggle to get films made, really good ones with a good crew and they make and release a film like this
Universal was going to make a burt reynolds cop thriller in 1999, with Burt directing. Also starring Roy Scheider, Lou Gossip Jr, Charles Durning .. That's a film that should of been done.

I get what you are saying (and very much agree!!) but to be fair to WB, they only released this. they did not make it.
