At different points during the run of this series, the two female detectives (at the time)always seem to team up together. Now,there are times that it makes sense, but would it follow that a male/female team would work better in most instances?

Though mostly off screen Andy and Connie were partnered up for a few months following Sorensons disappearance. theyre investigating his disappearance together then are still working together when season 9 begins and that was like 5 months later.

Was he mentally challenged? The acting by the kid was horrific. He sounded like a straight up retard.

they briefly paired Rita with Stan Hatcher for the 4 episode arc he did in season 11 after Charlotte Ross left & before Ronson joined I think Hatcher & Ortiz MAY have been the ONLY male/female partnership during the shows run, however brief it was but they didnt connect at all as partners
Cant think of any other male/female partnerships on the show
