Does anyone who watches Season 1, 2 and 3 notice an extra in the background? He was a jock and student in the classroom. He was short dude he had a short box shape haircut. The reason why I ask is because I seen him somewhere before.

I know I'm super, super late, but I think I know who you're talking about. I can single him out in two episodes:
The pilot episode ("The Date Lottery") – He was pointing and laughing at a cheerleader who was prancing her way down the hallway while shaking her pom poms. Later at the Welcome Back dance, he had a bored look on his face while looking away from the nerd he was dancing with.
Episode 3.11 ("Ryan's Worst Nightmare) – He was sitting next to Ryan Parker in physics class.
Since he has no name nor dialogue, that's the best I could explain those two scenes he was in.
