How she's drawn is reminiscent of old comic drawings of women in the 1940s, just updated to 90s tastes.

She looked pretty damned fine to me.

Yeah she should have been 260 pounds with no boobs and dull gray lifeless eyes. That's a better idea

They drew her how they wanted her to be. Just because you're flat as a board doesn't mean everyone else has to be.
"If I wasn't paying attention, that's a plot-hole"

First off, this isn't necessarily a kids movie. While it is animated, there is some hard core violence in it. Second, they wanted her to represent the absolute perfect woman, which in my opinion they did a spot on job.
