Their are many different cuts of the film. Here is a compare and contrast. The first link is a comparison between the US DVD (which is heavily cut for some reason) and the complete uncut version not available in the US. The second link is a comparison between the US Video Release (more uncut than the US DVD, but not all the way uncut) and the complete uncut version. Hope this helps.

there is no unrated version of body bags..it was rated R(possibly a mistake) by the mpaa when it surfaced on vhs in the early 1990'si have not seen the artisan dvd..but if i had to geuss i would say that some gore was removed from the first and last storiesdon't know what to tell you..just go on ebay and buy the vhs..its uncut
