At the end of the movie there's a woman crying in the very church where John and Ariel are getting married. I swear she looks like Peggy Rea otherwise known as Mrs Lulu Hogg of "The Dukes of Hazzard-1979". Anyone else believe so?

I thought the same thing that's why I came to this message board. She's not in the credits but of course, that doesn't mean it wasn't her.
