Oh and additonally, a couple of problems with the movie:
It is out of the question that an insecure man like Andy would invite a handsome and successful doctor to live with him and his wife.
Secondly, a successful and decorated doctor like Jed would succumb to these kind of plots to become rich.
Still, a good movie. Alec Baldwin was very good.
