Ok This might be my misconception. When Andy says his name is David and wanted to submit a new address on the back, so he can read the address. I thought the boy that handed him the card was Ashton Kutcher, but he's not listed on here in the movie. As I said before it could be a mistake, not sure.

LOL, that employee was old and dirty and didn't resemble Ashton at all.
Ashton was only around 15 when this movie was made. That other guy was around double that age.
Also looking young and cute was Gwyneth Paltrow.
