<p dir="auto">I think Chauncy and the white guy are partners that sell stolen cars to shady insurance companies. When you have comprehensive coverage and your car is stolen, insurance companies will loan you a car until your claim is processed. I'm pretty sure they all arrange a loaner from a rental agency now, but maybe back in the 90's they had a small fleet of stolen vehicles to save money and turn a bigger profit.</p>
