After Harold was killed, the only followup with regard to that is when they kill the killers.
However, I wonder what happened to the body? Was there a funeral? If Caine was so close to him, why was his death such a non factor after it happened. Seemed so "business as usual" after the fact.
Still love the movie, but they could have more or less did some follow up on Harold's killing (besides the retaliation!)
