I only watched it for Bill Paxton - I have seen him in 2001 Cameron's documentary so I wanted to see him act.
The movie is bad - it is boring, there is no plot. There is no explanation how aliens with such powers to create fire and to shapeshift and jump from soul to soul, body to body, would want to stay on primitive Earth.
The characters are two dimensional, we really do not know anything about them except for repetition of past trauma in black and white. Action scenes are made for 12 year olds.
