<p dir="auto">Yes, he was.  Daniel was jealous of him, but that was his issue, not Stu's.  Even in the end, he had good cause to sue Daniel, since the trick with the pepper could have killed him, but apparently he didn't.  That says a lot.</p>

<p dir="auto">In the end I think he was. The movie was set to make you feel like Daniel deserved another shot, but the only thing I can see villainous in him is calling him a loser. But he was right at that point.</p>
