God she was unbearable at times. Like her "Oh Daniel. Charming." comment about his apartment. What did she expect after telling him she wanted a divorce and kicking him out while he was unemployed?
She had no reason to keep their children from him either. He was clearly a great father and the children wanted to spend more time with him. Upon telling her this, she responds "I'll think about it." Which she doesn't. She was only trying to punish him and using the children to do so. I hate when parents do this.

So I want you to explain this since Daniel quit his job that same day, how was he supposed to get another job in a really short time when you see him at the bus stopping whistling to the kids, where he says happy birthday, and has Chris guess what he has for him for his birthday, and when he guesses party, and how was he supposed to know that Miranda will end up coming home early after getting a call at work from Gloria Chaney at work to complain about the party?

Yeah she seemed like a workaholic, stuck-up bitch to me. Though deep down I know she's not as bad as she seemed, and had a realistic reason for wanting to divorce Daniel. The two don't match since she's a control freak and serious, and he's a fun-loving, not-so-serious type. I just think she was so angry about Daniel that her wanting to hire a housekeeper was a big "f_ck You!" to his face, but in the end she learned her mistake and realized how much more responsible Daniel was (after being Doubtfire) that she finally caved in and let him take care of the kids in the afternoons.

She is a better parent in every way.
The better parent who is never home, can't cook, won't clean and doesn't help kids with their homework. Yeah that's mom of the year material.

You sound just as dumb as other people. Daniel is not that good of a parent and plus she didn't purposely keep them away from the kids, the judge said he can only see them once a week until he gets his own place and creates a suitable home for children and learns to hold down a job. She is a better parent in every way.
