<p dir="auto">Actually, no. TruckDrivingMagicMama was correct in saying it is Chris Payne's "Declamation". The two do sound similar if you're just having a quick first listen. However once you fully take both pieces in, there are enough distinctions between them to recognize which is which.</p>

<p dir="auto">It's called "Declamation" by Chris Payne. It's from an immediate music library. It's been used in trailers, commercials, TV shows, etc. A funny example of its use is when Phoebe freaks out at seeing Christmas trees being thrown into a wood chipper in an episode of "Friends."<br />
