First of all a huge portion of the right has called for the death penalty for crimes like serial rape.
Second, unpremeditated murder, and crimes of passion don't qualify for what I am proposing and are therefore irrelevant.
Why don't people right or left like what is happening to the Uighurs? Oh yes, thats right, it's because they aren't guilty of any actual crime as a collective. But actual individual criminals that most people want put to death anyways? No, the vast majority of Americans right or left are not going to give a ****.

There are already circumstances under which citizenship could be revoked. Most of those circstances are far less heinous than capitol murder or serial rape. I don't think that pushing through legistlation to strip such individuals of citizenship would be to hard a sell. I can't imagine that too many would object. I mean seriously, would you?

Ok, so let's talk clearly. You maybe COULD do that, but not under the current legal framework. You would need robust new legislation, and it would have to survive some serious court challenges. And as Gameboy indicates, I am not sure that it would survive a constitutional challenge.
No matter. Ok, with that settled, now you can go back to promoting the benefits of your scheme,

We make it legal. If a person commits serious capital crimes we ought to revoke there citizenship. If a person has been a criminal all their life and shows no sign or remorse or makes any effort to change then they don't deserve American citizenship.

What other countries do is not on us. All we are doing is revoking citizenship and deporting individuals and that is 100% legal. What happens to those former citizens after they get there is none of our concern.
In addition, many people are in prison for nonviolent drug possession crimes. That's hardly an excuse to torture them in a Chinese prison.
But that is not the class of people I had suggested deporting is it.
I am not a conservative. I used to be but I hate the leftist to much remain one. You see I identified a flaw in the conservative philosophy. Unfortunately they not only share this same flaw with the left but it is the biggest flaw with either side. I could not remain a part of something that had anything in common with the left.

The U.S. could never do that. It would be unconstitutional. We have enshrined in our Constitution that there can be no cruel or unusual punishment. The Chinese torture their prisoners. It's been recently documented that Uighurs imprisoned for their religion are subject to brainwashing and beatings. How can a conservative like you even propose such a thing? It's un-American.
