I really enjoyed Monica, but she was insufferable during Phoebe's wedding.

RACHEL: TOW CHANDLER'S DAD
She takes Monica's car without permission, and even steals money from Ross. She drives without a valid driver's license, and won't help Ross get out of a ticket at the end of the episode. Plus, she's real smug through the whole thing.
PHOEBE: TOW THE TRUTH ABOUT LONDON
Blurts out that Monica really wanted to hook up with Joey, and then doesn't even feel guilty about it.
ROSS: TOW HECKLES DIES
What's it matter to him if Phoebe has a difference of opinion? She even says can't they just say they each believe in something and let it go, but he won't. At the end of the episode, he got exactly what he deserved.
CHANDLER: TOW ROSS'S WEDDING PART 1
Seriously, what was his problem? Joey was just having fun! Why was Chandler so grumpy the whole time?

I can understand him being hurt, but he took it way too far. Joey was dating other girls while with Kathy, and I know it was wrong of Chandler to kiss her, but I think he should of been more forgiving.
MONICA: TOW PHOEBE'S WEDDING
From beginning to end. If I was Phoebe, I would have told her, "Monica, you're supposed to be my friend, and yet, all you care about is what makes you happy. This is my day. Not yours. If you were really my friend then you would respect my wishes and help me." But no.

I hate Phoebe and Rachel in TOW The Cat.

This is the one I was thinking. Rachel just felt like she was entitled to take Hugsy for Emma simply because she liked him. And it was played off like Joey was the ridiculous and immature one. I hate that episode.

I know, it's ridiculous. I'd have been furious with her over that, or over the one where she insisted that everyone cancel their plans for Emma's birthday party, then refused to even wake the kid up for the party. Rachel can be so selfish and entitled sometimes. It's realistic, but wow, it's annoying to watch!

Oh yes definitely! People can be like that in real life too! My sister had a bear from her childhood, and when my daughter was little, she thought I was going to try to give it to her! As if I'd do that!? It was hers to do With what she wanted! Makes no difference if it was a childs toy or not, it that person's property. Rachel was so rude to Joey about that!

Rachel and Hugsy. How selfish and horrible was she in that one? Wow.

The one where noone's ready: Monica, Chandler, Joey and Rachel in that order. Monica was being an inconsiderate ass obsessing over Richard. Talk about immature. She could have gone to Ross's event and obsessed about Richard and his phone message after coming back, rather than making everyone late. Ditto Chandler and Joey, very immature. Rachel was tolerable because it did seem that she was making an effort to look her best for Ross, but she still could have been more considerate by getting ready on time.
But, besides that episode, Rachel is pretty much intolerable through the entire show. She is generally sweet until Season 7, but is a complete bitch from 7-10. Especially towards Ross. The fact that she pursues Ross whenever he is in a relationship with someone really compatible, be it Julie, Bonnie, Emily, Mona or the ToysRUs cashier, and then no longer has feelings for him when he is available, is really despicable.
Phoebe too is really bitchy and inconsiderate Season 6 onwards. I know a lot of it is meant to provide comic relief, but divulging Monica's secrets to Chandler (about having lunch with Richard, wanting to sleep with Joey in London), constantly undermining Chandler, being bitchy to Ross (ignoring him because of something he did in a DREAM), being inconsiderate of Monica (playing trashy songs outside her restaurant and then getting angry on being asked to stop), forcing Rachel to not get a massage even though she works at the same massage chain, judging Joey for prioritizing a date over her and then doing the same to him - extremely hypocritical, holier-than-thou and annoying.

People should just be glad the characters have flaws that make them all human and relatable.

Agreed! I don't understand why Monica would have told Phoebe that to begin with. Also, for Phoebe to repeat that, years after the fact, especially when Monica and Chandler were in love and clearly committed to each other, is pretty disgusting.
All of the "Friends" have their unlikeable moments, and that is one of Phoebe's for me.
For me, i hated how spoiled Rachel acted throughout the series. Ross' wedding and TOW The Cat being two prime examples.

Agree with you for the most part except for in the case of Joey and Chandler. Chandler did wrong Joey by kissing his current gf, which was not okay even if he was in love with her. The box episode was pretty fair, and remember that in the end Joey does tell him to go and get her.
Infact, Chandler and Joey's is one of the most untainted and pure friendships on tv, without being too fairy-tale perfect. Also, it was hard for me to hate either of them(maybe joey when he got together with Rachel).
As far as Monica is concerned, I could write a 36 page document on all the episodes which made me hate her - starting with her dating Richard's son and ending with the one in which she says weddings are more important than some "stupid kids".

Its because all of a sudden Joey is taking the moral high ground, while he had been cheating on Kathy anyway. It just reeks of hypocrisy.

The situation is completely different. Joey knows that Ross has been in love with Rachel for 10 years. He knows, or should know most humans would know, but it's hard to say about Joey that Ross, whatever he may say, is not going to be at all comfortable with Joey sleeping with Rachel. So he does what he can to make the situation legitimate.

No, Chandler wasn't wrong. He did not come on to Kathy. You can argue that she sort of came on to him, but basically it was quite mutual. It was something that just happened and came out of their mutual attraction.
They have sincere feelings for each other. Joey does not have any sort of sincere feelings toward Kathy. He has belatedly decided that he prefers her to the other woman that he is dating but that's all.
Sincere feelings trump all that crap that Joey gave Chandler, and if Joey weren't such a dumb ass, he would've understood that. Chandler was not going behind Joey's back. He did not make a pass at Kathy. It just happened while Joey was off with another woman.
If you go back and watch the episode again, or read the transcript, it is clear why Chandler could not reasonably be expected to ask Joey first.

Completely agree about everyone else, but don't you think Chandler WAS wrong in kissing Joey's girlfriend? Whether Joey was into Kathy or not isn't the question, it's a matter of principle - you make it sound like Chandler wasn't to blame because Joey didn't really like Kathy, on the other hand, had he been in love with her, it would have been a big deal.
Take Joey's behavior when he fell in love with Rachel - he was most concerned about Ross and how he would be affected, he spoke to Ross first, and even considered approaching Rachel only after Ross said he was fine with it. That sounds like a stand-up guy to me. He isn't making a big deal about Chandler kissing Kathy - the issue is Chandler going behind Joey's back when, as Ross says, he would have gladly stepped aside had Chandler just been honest with him.
